It should be called the VIP Front for Vietnam-Indonesia-Philippines. This trilateral VIP Front, with the US and Japan in solid control of the Western Pacific guarding the First Island Chain and India & Australia entrenched in the Indian Ocean Region (with the presence also of the US and Japan as the Malabar powers) would persuade China to behave better in the South China Sea.
