Roilo Golez was a graduation speaker of the Paranaque National High School where he delivered a very touching, moving speech about memories of high school and the anxieties and aspirations of today's batch of high school graduates. Roilo Golez connected well with the graduates, being a public school graduate himself and having contributed a lot to the upgrading of the Paranaque public school system (he is credited with having constructed the most number of school buildings in the history of Paranaque). Golez has established himself as a model of a public school graduate who excelled in academics, government and politics.
