Congressman Roilo Golez voted against Resolution 1109 proposing constituent assembly

Congressman Roilo Golez voted against Resolution 1109 proposing to call for a constituent assembly without the need for Senate participation. Golez said that this is not in accord with the Constitution and that the Committee meeting was not in order being held outside regular committee hours without approval of the Committee on Rules.
