Committee approves Con-Ass Resolution 1109, 22-10, now up for plenary debate

Yesterday before noon, the Rules Committee referred back to the Committee on Constitutional Amendments the Con-Ass Resolution 1109 (due to procedural flaws). The Constitutional Amendments Committee quickly convened at 4pm and after a short debate, voted 22-10 to approve Resolution 1109. We in the minority lost the vote again and the Con-Ass resolution is up for plenary debate today. Con-Ass is still alive!
