House approves Golez Bill on International Humanitarian Law
The House of Representatives approved today on third and final reading Congressman Roilo Golez's House Bill No. 6633 entitled: "Defining and Penalizing Crimes Against International Humanitarian Law, Genocide and Crimes Against Humanity. This is a landmark piece of legislation which even the United Nations awaits
