Roilo Golez speech, 3rd Anniversary, Paranaque Red Cross 26 September 2012

Here's the speech of Cong. Roilo Golez during the third anniversary of the Paranaque Branch of the Philippine Red Cross. The Paranaque Red Cross was launched coincidentally on September 26, 2012, the day of Typhoon Ondoy and Cong. Golez recalled how they were stranded when Sucat, where the Paranaque Red Cross Headquarters is located, got flooded waist deep. Cong. Golez served as National Red Cross Governor for 20 years and personally served to help victims during big calamities like the December 1989 coup attempt, the 1990 Northern Luzon Earthquake and the Pinatubo Eruption of 1991.
