iPhone 6, iPhone 5S Will Feature Fingerprint Sensor and Better Camera – Analyst

An analyst recently claimed that the upcoming smartphones from tech giant Apple will include features such as fingerprint sensor, improved camera and re-arranged left side buttons.
Analyst Brian White of Topeka Capital Markets wrote in his note to investors that iPhone 6 and iPhone 5S will boot fingerprint scanner technology and will be marketed the same way that Siri was marketed for the iPhone 4S, basically indicating that this could be a major feature for the phone.

A newly released patent, filed in March but published on Thursday, describes a handful of new technologies currently being cooked up in Apple’s research & development labs in Cupertino for new iDevices, including tactile keyboards, laser microphones and speakers, and flexible displays.
He also claimed that the smartphones will include improvements on camera either on the hardware or software, supporting the feature as well as the having the left buttons arranged slightly different.
These are not ludicrous claims and considering Apple's purchase of Authentec, fingerprint scanning might not be a stretch of the imagination. In any case, to a certain extent, these rumours are more believable compared to White's prediction of the iTV which will apparently feature some sort of ring-like controller.
However, despite the backup research, these claims should be taken with a grain of salt.
Some of the rumoured features of the next iPhone are Retina or IGZO screen display, A7 quad core chip processor, iOS 7, 128GB internal storage, 13 mega-pixel camera, and longer battery life. The lack of NFC support on the iPhone 5 was one of the biggest criticisms aimed at Apple's smartphone.
The low cost iPhone 5S, on the other hand, is rumoured to sport a plastic casing, 4-inch screen display, dual core processor and 8-megapixel camera.
Consumers may have to wait longer than expected for the rumoured smartphones of the tech giant Apple as it faces various issues denying its alleged June release date.
According to a report by KGI Securities analysts Ming-Chi Kuo, people should expect to see the aforementioned device in the later part of 2013. Kuo said that part of the problem with the iPhone 5S products lies in the rumored fingerprint sensor that Apple is adding. Finding the right color coatings to prevent interference with the sensor has been an unforeseen challenge.
As usual, Apple did not comment on the rumours about iPhone 6 or iPhone 5S.
