My advice to the people. STAY OUT of APEC areas if one has no official business there. Free dictionary defines "stay out" as "keep out of something or some place." The deadly Paris bombing will require as a matter of SOP doubling up of security alert in the APEC areas where around 19 world leaders (21 originally but now minus two) will converge, including the leaders of some of the most powerful countries in the world (US, China, Japan, South Korea, Australia, etc). Each world leader is a security nightmare, more so with such a big group. It is our duty as citizens to STAY OUT if we have no official business in APEC and let our security forces do their work without complicating their duty by holding rallies or kibitzing unnecessarily.
