I strongly recommend that the President convene the National Security Council

I strongly recommend that the President convene the National Security Council to include the former Presidents in order to:

1.  Assess the status of our alliance with the US and whether there is a need to redefine this Alliance.

2. Assess the results of the President's visit to Beijing, Tokyo, Vietnam and Indonesia and their impact on our national and economic security

3. Assess the status of ongoing peace talks

4. Assess the status of the external threat and how to calibrate the development of  credible defense strategy
