MANILA - Filipinos based here and abroad held simultaneous protests on Wednesday in front of China's consular offices to condemn China’s supposed territorial aggression.

The rallies aimed to show the united stand of Filipinos against China’s insistence on its 9-dash line and its occupation of Philippine territories in the disputed South China Sea.

On July 24 last year, China created the Sansha prefecture to oversee and administer 1 million square miles of the disputed territories.
