415 Napoles accounts covered by freeze order

MANILA - The Court of Appeals' (CA) freeze order on the financial assets of businesswoman Janet Lim Napoles and associates, those allegedly behind the pork barrel "scam," covers a total of around 415 accounts, Justice Secretary Leila de Lima said on Saturday.
In a text message, De Lima said the 415 accounts are as follows:
The frozen accounts are in 17 banks/banking institutions and 6 insurance companies.
The CA on Friday issued a 6-month freeze order on all of the bank accounts and related web of accounts of Napoles, members of her immediate family, other relatives and staff of the JLN group of companies, including accounts of non-government organizations allegedly allied with Napoles.
This was in response to the application of a freeze order filed by the Office of the Solicitor General on behalf of the Anti-Money Laundering Council.
