People's Liberation Army Ground Force[edit]

The People's Liberation Army Ground Force do not operate their own independent air corp. The People's Liberation Army Air Forceprovide the ground force with various helicopters and other types of air support. PLA Army Aviation was established in 1986 and over the years, it has been emerging as a main battle force. ^[5] [6]
