Climate Change Act of 2009 soon to become a law.

The Golez Climate Change Bill was passed by the House on third and final reading weeks ago. The Senate the other day passed its own version of the Climate Change Act. A bicameral conference committee will be convened sometime in August when Congress resumes and for sure, there will be a Climate Change Act within August or September to enable the country to address the challenges of Climate Change. The Senate version is principally authored by Senator Loren Legarda.
