Of course tied to the ACM training are areas near Zambales and Palawan where the Philippines will create an ADIZ, Air Defense Identification Zones that are restricted areas within of course the territories of the Philippines 12 mile limits. These ADIZ of course are close as possible to the Spratly's and Bajo de Masinloc!! During my studies at the US Naval War College, we students are taught the teachings of Sun Tzu, Mahan, Von Cluasewitz and others. I will end this comments with the following: "If your enemy is secure at all points, be prepared for him. If he is in superior strength, evade him. If your opponent is temperamental, seek to irritate him. Pretend to be weak, that he may grow arrogant. If he is taking his ease, give him no rest. If his forces are united, separate them. If sovereign and subject are in accord, put division between them. Attack him where he is unprepared, appear where you are not expected." In other words think asymmetrically.
